Would you like to exchange or return a product?
You can do it quickly and easily in just three steps. :-)

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, and we’ll make sure the purchase amount is refunded to your account within five working days after receiving your return. 

 

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Fill in the return form
Download the return form here and fill it in completely.

Step 2: Send your order
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address listed on the form.
Make sure your package includes a Track and Trace code.
As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we have received your package, we’ll ensure the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five working days.
